Screen printing is the truest form of apparel and textile printing. While there are other services that offer apparel decoration (direct to garment), screen printing provides the highest quality, longest lasting and classic printed feel that the others don't. To put it simply, screen printing is the process in which an ink is passed through a screen coated with an emulsion stencil via squeegee to apply a graphic to a garment, and we do it by hand right here in Boise, Idaho.
While that may sound simple, it's far from it. Screen printing requires the right techniques and experience to produce quality prints that not only look great, but feel good and last as well. Not all screen printing shops are the same, and our sole focus is quality prints every time and we enjoy every step of the process.
Every print job is unique too, from the type of inks (water based, plastisol, etc. ) to how many colors, print locations and style of garment are required.​ For more complex jobs that require more than 6 colors, we offer custom heat transfer printing services.​​

PLASTISOL SCREEN
PRINTING
The most popular style of screen printing, plastisol screen printing offers vibrant colors with a hand feel and slight sheen to the print. It is the most cost effective type of screen printing and has lasting qualities.

WATER BASED
SCREEN PRINTING
Water based screen printing is the traditional style of apparel printing. Unlike plastisol ink that sits on top of the garment, water based screen printing is printed into the garment allowing for super soft prints and a vintage look while being eco-friendly.

DTF HEAT
TRANSFER PRINTING
There's no limits with the direct-to-film or hybrid water based heat transfer style of printing. Our heat transfers are a hybrid of eco-friendly water based screen printing and digital printing on a transfer sheet that is applied to the garment with a heat press allowing for bold unlimited colors, fine detail and a flat finish. With no need for screen setups, this style of apparel printing is perfect for smaller jobs that can't meet the 36 piece screen printing minimums.

SPECIALTY SCREEN PRINTING
We offer specialty screen printing on custom fabrics like nylon and polyester garments that require special inks and a high level of printing experience and attention to detail. Our specialty screen printing service is for select clients, so please contact us for more info.
